CanadaExcellent product, but I not sure about customer service
Excellent lamp, i am usint it for Dakar. I have ask question on your facebook fo supprt no answer unfortunatly. When I charge my lamp, i have no light, so not sure if it is charging. But no anwser from support, unfortunatly

CanadaGreat design
Purchased after owning many cheap headtorches in the past and have no regrets. Wish I had bought one sooner for hunting and running. This headtorch performs its core function to a high level, which is important. Everything else in the design is well considered and supplements it's core purpose. I have total confidence this product won't let me down.
CanadaBest bang for your buck!
Very nice lamp, for the price it’s hard to find any downside. I also got the mount for my bike, pretty cool add-on. So the lamp is bright, settings are intuitive and the focused beam has so much range. The button on the battery pack seems to be the biggest issue for the lamp, but fortunately you can lock the lamp so it won’t actually go on accidentally. I would say the rear button can be annoying if you carry the battery pack in a pocket/bag. It can rub against the fabric and turn the intensity by accident. Aside that, Im overly satisfied with the product.
