These are by far my favourite flashlights. Extremely compact and versatile, bright and long lasting and come with a seven year warranty. They are quite fast to recharge and they hold their charge while not in use for extended periods of time in all conditions. Combined with the MT14 and the MT10 I have purchased nearly 20 of these flash lights. Not because the flashlights are no longer working, but because everyone that sees my flashlights, love them as much as I do. I gift them to the people that are important to me. In areas that are always subject to tropical storms and severe devastation that lose power for days at a time. These lights have been lifesaving for my friends and family. LedLencer create and stand behind their amazing products. I have only had one battery fail to hold a charge. The only failure to date. I sent an email about warranty and within the hour they responded and ask for my mailing address. I received a new battery for the M14 in three business days.
