Order Processing-Shipping

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

Shipping Rates

At Ledlenser, we make sure your gear arrives in perfect condition and ready for adventure.

• Free standard shipping on all orders of $150 or more (before taxes) across Canada.
• Flat rate of $20 on orders under $150.
• Shipments are handled by Canada Post or other trusted carriers.

Ledlenser cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during transport.

Québec and Ontario

• Major cities: 2–5 business days
• Rural areas: 3–6 business days

Other Canadian provinces: 5–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, and time of year.
