Return & Refund Policy 

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date, provided that the product is:

• unused and in its original condition

• in its original packaging

• accompanied by proof of purchase

All returns must be authorized in advance.
A return authorization must be obtained from LEDLenser Canada prior to sending back any product.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Products that show signs of use, wear, modification, or damage caused by misuse are not eligible for return.

Certain items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to:

• clearance or final sale items

• customized or special-order products

How to Initiate a Return

Include:

• order number

• product details

• reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

• original shipping charges are non-refundable

• return shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
